This role involves being knowledgeable about in-store and digital services to drive adoption, usage, and guest loyalty. Team Leaders are empowered to make shopping quick and easy at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up, ensuring exceptional quality. This position provides experience in guest service fundamentals, building a guest-first culture, driving loyalty programs, guest engagement, problem-solving, retail business fundamentals (sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies), planning daily/weekly workload, and leading a team of hourly team members, including skills in interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating, and retaining talent.
