Requirements

Proven experience as a service and repair electrician in the electrical contracting industry.
Thorough knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, installations, and repair techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with local and national electrical codes and regulations.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited electrical apprenticeship program is a plus.
Clean background with no history of criminal offenses in past 7 years.

Responsibilities

Conduct electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs according to established guidelines and safety standards.
Diagnose electrical issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.
Present intelligent options to solve customer electrical issues
Collaborate with fellow electricians and assist in guiding and mentoring less experienced team members.
Educate and create solutions to keep customer's electrical systems safe
Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and regulations in all projects.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
Adhere to project schedules and deadlines, delivering high-quality workmanship on time.
Prioritize safety at all times, enforcing safety protocols and promoting a safe work environment.
Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and technological developments.
