Perform repairs exceeding National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. Educate customers on upgrades and additional services. Maintain communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams. Ensure a professional appearance and deliver 5-star customer service. What you will bring: 2+ years experience in the residential electrical field. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with ServiceTitan is a plus. Honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic . Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements). Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending. Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms). Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment. Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in the residential electrical field.

- Valid Driver’s License (required)
