About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Service Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both residential and commercial electrical work, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and codes. This role involves working on various projects, including renovations and new projects, ensuring all electrical installations meet safety standards and regulations. This is a working manager position.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrician with a focus on both residential and commercial environments.
• Familiarity with low voltage systems and high voltage applications is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NEC standards and safety practices in electrical work.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work performed.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and programmable logic controllers.
• Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations during all work performed.
• Work on high voltage systems while adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues before they become problems.
• Hire, manage and train new electricians.
