About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Service Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both residential and commercial electrical work, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and codes. This role involves working on various projects, including renovations and new projects, ensuring all electrical installations meet safety standards and regulations. This is a working manager position.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrician with a focus on both residential and commercial environments.
Familiarity with low voltage systems and high voltage applications is preferred.
Strong knowledge of NEC standards and safety practices in electrical work.
Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work performed.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
Troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and programmable logic controllers.
Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations during all work performed.
Work on high voltage systems while adhering to safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues before they become problems.
Hire, manage and train new electricians.
