About The Position
The Porter is responsible for moving and cleaning vehicles, performing various tasks and errands for the dealership. This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. Essential duties include moving cars, delivering cars to customers, keeping the car lot clean and orderly, running errands for the dealership, maintaining customer satisfaction index (CSI) at or above company standards, and ensuring a clean and safe work area. The Porter participates in required training, records all hours worked accurately, follows safety rules and regulations, and complies with company policies and procedures.
