Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of automotive service management experience or proven track record as a high performing service advisor
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive performance and customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the service drive and advisor team
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Oversee scheduling, workflow, and service lane efficiency
  • Train and mentor service advisors and support staff
