We are seeking an experienced Service Lot Attendant to join our growing service team.

Requirements

• Friendly and customer service-focused
• Reliable
• Able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
• A valid driver’s license is required
• This position requires times when you will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and in a stationary position (e.g.: located on our service drive) for up to 50% of the time. The person in this position also needs to move about inside and outside our facility to access vehicles, file cabinets, office machinery, etc. The person in this position also frequently communicates with customers and coworkers about our product and service offerings. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Responsibilities

• Moving customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility
• Maintaining an orderly service parking area, lot and vehicle display, car preparation, shop and showroom appearance
• Meet & greet customers as they enter the service area
• Retrieving customer vehicles from the parking lot when their bill is paid
