Responsibilities: As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for managing the activities of all service related staff ensuring exceptional customer service and attainment of Lithia's performance standards. Schedule and assign daily work objectives for the service consultants. Monitor performance and counsel service consultants with behavioral or performance issues. Train, coach, supervise and assist service consultants. Requirements

  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
  • Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Service Advisor experience, preferred
  • Prior experience as an automotive technician a plus
