We are seeking a Service Drive Assistant to join our team at Escondido Volvo. As a Service Drive Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Manager and Advisor in various tasks related to service operations. This includes writing service orders, coordinating service schedules, and making appointments for customers. You will also be involved in moving vehicles and managing the overall customer experience, ensuring that each customer receives the highest level of service. Your role will require you to provide both phone and in-person customer service support, making your communication skills essential for success in this position. In this role, you will work closely with the service team to ensure that all customer needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will be expected to demonstrate a friendly and willing attitude, as this is a customer-facing position. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and automotive service processes will be beneficial, as you will be interacting with customers regarding their vehicle needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn and take direction from the Manager and Advisor, contributing positively to the team environment. This is a full-time position with a structured 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday, providing a stable work schedule without weekend commitments.
