About The Position
Dispatcher needed for large HVAC firm. Prior experience in dispatch required. - Working with customer service team, and field personnel, this position will assign daily orders, and organize activity for the service team. - Develop strong working relationships with drivers and customers - Communicate with drivers using text and phone and CRM system - Coordinate the daily operations of drivers to plan next steps accordingly - Provide detailed instructions to drivers - Resolve any arising problems or complaints
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of dispatch experience
- Excellent communicator, written and spoken
- Works well with a team
- Reliable transportation to Carson
