The HVAC Dispatcher will work directly with the Dispatch Team, the Service Administration Manager, the Service Managers, and other department leaders to ensure the alignment of scheduling, dispatching processes, and operatonal goals of Dallas Mechanical Group. This role is crucial in organizing the day-to-day scheduling operations and accurately following dispatch processes, to ensure the overall success of the Service Department’s responsibilities. The Service Dispatcher will be involved in all scheduling related activities, including coordinatng technician assignments, managing timelines, communicatng with customers and field personnel, and working with Service Managers to ensure timely completon of dispatching tasks.
