Requirements
- 1–3 years in dispatching, scheduling, or field service coordination
- Cool under pressure — you don't freeze when three things need attention at once
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable with scheduling/CRM software and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
- Build and manage daily schedules for technicians and drivers across installations, deliveries, and residential/commercial service
- Dispatch the right tech to the right job — balancing skill sets, location, and urgency
- Adapt quickly when plans change: emergency calls, rescheduling, and last-minute shifts
- Be the first voice customers hear — handling service requests, questions, and concerns with professionalism
- Keep records clean and accurate in our dispatch and scheduling systems
