Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive or dispatch experience preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right person!)
Responsibilities
- Assign and dispatch repair orders to technicians based on skill level, availability, and workload
- Monitor workflow in the service department to ensure timely completion of jobs
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to manage priorities and expectations
- Maintain an organized dispatch system to maximize shop productivity and efficiency
- Track progress of vehicles and update service staff on job status
- Reassign work as needed to meet deadlines and customer expectations
- Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and workflow challenges
- Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of repair orders
- Support the service team in delivering an exceptional customer experience
