Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Previous automotive or dispatch experience preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right person!)

Responsibilities

  • Assign and dispatch repair orders to technicians based on skill level, availability, and workload
  • Monitor workflow in the service department to ensure timely completion of jobs
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to manage priorities and expectations
  • Maintain an organized dispatch system to maximize shop productivity and efficiency
  • Track progress of vehicles and update service staff on job status
  • Reassign work as needed to meet deadlines and customer expectations
  • Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and workflow challenges
  • Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of repair orders
  • Support the service team in delivering an exceptional customer experience
