Requirements
- 3 years of related experience (dispatching experience required)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Dependability, punctuality, and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Business casual professional presentation
- Availability for on-site interviews on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- Ability to follow a hybrid schedule for the first 60 days: In office: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday Remote: Tuesday, Friday
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch service technicians efficiently and accurately
- Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and communication across multiple teams
- Provide excellent customer service and account management support
- Assist with invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Handle administrative tasks with strong attention to detail
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation
- Deliver proactive communication in fast-paced environments
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
