Requirements

  • 3 years of related experience (dispatching experience required)
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Dependability, punctuality, and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Business casual professional presentation
  • Availability for on-site interviews on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
  • Ability to follow a hybrid schedule for the first 60 days: In office: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday Remote: Tuesday, Friday

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and dispatch service technicians efficiently and accurately
  • Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and communication across multiple teams
  • Provide excellent customer service and account management support
  • Assist with invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Handle administrative tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Maintain organized and accurate documentation
  • Deliver proactive communication in fast-paced environments
  • Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
