About The Position

Responsibilities: Work safely following company policies and guidelines Dispatch a group of technicians using company software and web based programs as needed Enter work orders on a daily basis Receive packing slips and ensure correct information has been provided. Technician support for purchase orders, job information etc. Receive start up reports from field, attach to TRAX request, save copy on network, and forward to manufacturer. Provide support to technicians for required materials follow up, address information, alternate site contacts, contractor info, review of previous visit findings, etc…. Perform daily download activity, including attaching work orders to original requests. Order warranty parts as needed. Follow up on part orders placed by field and technicians. Run payroll reports for assigned technicians, audit for accuracy and submit to payroll administrator Review Service reports and follow up with technicians and customer providing paperwork or work orders as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications: High level of commitment to customer service Dispatcher experienced preferred but not required Strong Computer skills Excellent problem solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills Requires a self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple priorities Ability to work both individually and in a team environment Be a self-starter with a focus to contribute and succeed
