About The Position
Moss Bros. Honda of Moreno Valley is seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Director to lead our service department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all service operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and driving profitability through effective management and team leadership in Moreno Valley, CA. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Director or similar leadership role in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of service operations, automotive repair, and customer service excellence.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Proficient in dealership management systems and software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the service department to achieve financial and operational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee service staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling.
- Ensure all service activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies to improve service department performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize dealership operations and customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
