The Detailer is responsible for cleaning and refurbishing new and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring they conform to dealership and/or manufacturer specifications and time allowances. Responsibilities

Inspecting vehicle for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery
Restoring using appropriate materials
Wash, wax, and buff the vehicle, clean interior and exterior windows
Applying special-purpose cleaner to remove foreign materials
Vacuum and scrub interior of vehicle using appropriate cleaning agents, applicators and cleaning devices
Clean engine and engine compartment with steam-cleaning equipment
Apply dressing on tires and tire wells
Utilize special purpose cleaners to ensure lasting cleanliness of vehicles
Operate all tools in a safe manner by using proper eye, hand & body protection
Report any safety issues immediately to management
Maintaining showroom and stock vehicles in clean & presentable conditions at all times
