The Service Desk Associate is responsible for service desk administration, membership sales, and overall cleanliness of the facility and equipment. This person will provide excellent customer service to both members and non-members as they will frequently communicate and interact with both members and guests as well as management and staff and must maintain excellent relationships. The role involves greeting members and guests, monitoring club access, handling inquiries and complaints, answering phone calls, giving tours, selling memberships, operating the Point-of-Sale system, scheduling fitness training sessions, completing club walk-arounds and checklists, assisting new employees, performing shift procedures, and extensive club housekeeping duties. The associate is also expected to demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, embrace a service culture, strive for world-class service, make team- and business-best decisions, and promote company values.
