About The Position

The Service Desk Technician role at Pomeroy involves providing first and second-level technical support and customer service for various technical infrastructure components, including Windows devices, mobile devices, and networking equipment. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, configuring and installing equipment, and assisting with Active Directory administration, all while ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.
