Peraton is seeking an experienced Service Desk Team Lead to join our team of qualified, and diverse individuals. The ideal candidate will support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/ Transportation Security Administration (TSA) customer. The motivated IT professionals will have a strong background in IT service management, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support. As a Service Desk Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service desk, ensuring a high level of service delivery and customer satisfaction. Location: On-site in Clinton, TN. Shift Schedule: This position requires weekend dayside availability with the following shifts: two 12-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday, and two 8-hour shifts on Monday and Tuesday. Candidates must be able to rotate shift times as needed. Saturday: 5:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Sunday: 5:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
