Requirements

  • 5+ years in a technical support role and proven leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems, software, and hardware.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like BMC Helix or ServiceNow.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • A positive attitude and stellar customer service skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of widely used operating systems, software, and hardware.
  • Outstanding abilities in leadership, communication, and problem-solving, working under pressure and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Strong Client-Focused mentality of service orientation, paired with a positive outlook.
  • Associate’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or similar preferred.
  • Professional certifications (or working toward): HDI Support Center Analyst (HDI‑SCA), ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
