Our Digital Technology (DT) Team is growing and searching for an enthusiastic, collaborative, and dedicated team member to be part of the Raytheon Solipsys Desktop Support Team under Information Technology. We are seeking a Service Desk Support Technician to work onsite in Fulton, MD. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the compute needs of all employees and be their first point of contact to ask questions on how to use existing IT equipment in the organization, including laptops, desktops, phones (desktop and mobile), conference room AV systems, and printers. Additionally, you will be involved in the backend support of all technologies used in the company and working with fellow members of the Information Technology department to support and recommend new technologies for use in the organization. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical to convey information in a tactful manner and at the technical proficiency of the audience and keeping up to date with current technology trends and future innovations.
