As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen AND an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance. A Tier -1 Service Desk Support Specialist provides technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware for the Joint Warfare Analysis Ctr (JWAC). The role ensures efficient and effective resolution of IT-related issues to maintain smooth business operations. This is a full-time onsite opportunity. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Tier-1 Service Desk Support Specialist: $75,000.00 per year. Pay commensurate with experience.
