Under the supervision of the Desktop Support Supervisor and Applications Manager, the Help Desk Specialist’s primary roles are to provide exceptional customer support and service for first call resolution. They acquire sufficient information and knowledge when the customer calls with issues to ensure timely resolution of the issue, in addition to monitoring, operating and performing preliminary diagnostics on computer systems and applications including auxiliary equipment. Must maintain strict confidentiality in all matters pertaining to employee, patients, and business operations of Enloe Medical Center.
