Requirements

  • Strong IT call center or help desk experience.
  • Proficient in customer service and people skills.
  • Experience with printer and network troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and iOS management.
  • Familiarity with video conferencing tools and network technologies.
  • Skilled in application and remote support.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Handle up to 30 calls per day, providing excellent customer service and technical support.
  • Manage printer administration and troubleshooting, including server print queues and local queues.
  • Navigate Active Directory to manage organizational units, look up attributes, reset passwords, and unlock accounts.
  • Support and deploy iOS devices, including setting up new phones/iPads, resetting iTunes accounts, network settings, and managing device backup/restoration.
  • Facilitate video conferencing solutions with Cisco WebEx, MS Teams, and Cisco Presence.
  • Troubleshoot network issues, including internal vs. external connections, VPN, LTE, and Wi-Fi.
  • Resolve application issues related to account permissions and compatibility settings.
  • Provide remote support through MSRA, RDP, TEAMs, and WebEx.
  • Deploy and manage hardware effectively.
  • Handle ticket management and assignment in ServiceNow.
