DYOPATH is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst I to provide on-site support for desktop and laptop systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and serve as the first line of support for end users. This is a hands-on role where your problem-solving skills and technical expertise will make a daily impact. As a valued member of our team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and supporting hardware and software systems across client endpoints. You’ll troubleshoot desktop issues, resolve account access problems, and assist with company software.
