About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our Service Team in Houston. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a critical role in making sure service requests are handled swiftly, efficiently, and with care. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping people solve problems, this could be the perfect fit.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of dispatching or scheduling experience (IT services preferred)
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-call-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems (ConnectWise is a plus)
  • Self-starter mindset with a collaborative, team-first attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to work onsite full-time

Responsibilities

  • Be the friendly voice of Uprite, handling inbound service requests via phone, email, and our client portal
  • Triage and dispatch service tickets using ConnectWise, ensuring prompt and accurate scheduling
  • Coordinate with technical teams to keep service levels on track and clients in the loop
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records of all client communications and support actions
  • Support procurement processes, assist with inventory, and complete light administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive performance and meet SLA goals
