As the first point of contact for members and visitors, the Service Desk Representative serves as a welcoming guide, ensuring every interaction is professional, positive, and helpful. This role is essential in creating an exceptional experience by connecting visitors to the right team members or departments to assist with financial questions, transactions, and goals. This part time position earns a competitive minimum starting hourly rate of $15.50.
