About The Position
LifeWorks of Southwest General is a state-of-the-art health and fitness center owned and operated by Southwest General Health Center. Fitness assessments, personal training, group classes, and aquatic exercise in their junior size Olympic 6-lane lap pool or their warm water therapy pool are just some of the things they offer. The service desk associate is responsible for the executing the daily operation of the service desk. Duties are to include, but are not limited to member and guest check-in, point of sale functions, information dissemination, answering incoming phone calls, assisting with membership inquiries and reservations for classes and facilities.
