We're searching for a Chicago based Service Desk Analyst to join our Corporate Information Systems team to provide technical support to our North American employees, as well as assist with data migration projects from recent company acquisitions. The Service Desk Analyst will ensure Service Desk calls are logged, tracked, and managed in order to provide first-class technical user support for our internal employees.
