Purpose: The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting related to IT hardware and software. The Analyst will work with laptop and desktop hardware, cloud-based email and file sharing, and cloud-managed network and security hardware and systems. The Analyst will respond to phone and email requests and track requests in a Service Management system based on established best practices.
