About The Position

Zensar is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role involves taking end-to-end responsibility for managing tickets logged onto the Customer's ServiceNow system, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to laptops, desktops, mobiles, and peripherals, while also providing regular updates to end-users. The position requires familiarity with customer business imperatives and technologies, as well as the ability to document activities and update the knowledge base during troubleshooting. The role also includes vendor coordination for asset management and providing basic knowledge to users on hardware and software usage.
