About The Position

The Service Desk Analyst I will provide exceptional customer service and support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to computer hardware, mobile devices, printers, software, and applications. This role will provide Tier 1 assistance and support to customers primarily over the phone, but also in person, or via email using the IT ticket tracking system. This position is required to participate in an 'On Call' rotation.
