Requirements

  • Commercial Roofing Service Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Service Department Foreman or similar roles, overseeing job sites and crew activities.
  • Proven expertise in repairing TPO, FTR, EPDM, Modified Bitumen membranes, as well as experience with fabricating sheet metal details.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (blueprints).
  • Candidates are expected to provide their own hand tools necessary for completing tasks efficiently.
  • Candidates must be open to traveling to job sites both in state and out of state.
  • Valid driver license required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team and coordinate the proper installation and repair of various roof systems.
  • Develop project plan based on daily meeting and/or on-site meeting with the Service Department Manager.
  • Supervise, motivate, and train team members, ensuring adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
  • Plan, monitor, and evaluate team performance, providing guidance on application techniques, productivity, and proper use of tools and equipment.
  • Maintain communication with the client’s representatives, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and other trades as required.
  • Stay up-to-date on manufacturer specifications and implement them across all relevant projects.
  • Comply with all Safety Policies and Procedures, be an example, and support the company safety goals and objectives.
  • Understand and comply with all Operations Manual and Associate Policy Handbook requirements.
  • Actively participate in company meetings, education and training programs.
