About The Position

We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative for our service department. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for handling outbound calls to drive business to our service department. These campaigns would include missed service appointments, recalls, and retention phone calls to customers. You will also handle some inbound phone calls to schedule service appointments. The ideal candidate will have a great personality, excellent phone skills, and a strong desire to provide top-notch customer service. This Job will be a mix of in-person and remote work.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center environment preferred
  • Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple phone lines efficiently
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Schedule service appointments for customers using our dealership's scheduling system
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction
  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote service specials and drive business to our service department
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding service inquiries, pricing, and appointment availability
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing customer concerns or questions effectively
