Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills including date entry, internet, and Microsoft Office
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail while working under tight timelines
Willingness to follow direction while working independently
Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays

Responsibilities

Establish strong customer relationships by assisting with incoming customer call inquiries, scheduling service department appointments, and answer customer questions.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate appointment or follow-up.
Record customer information in the required database.
Utilize Factory Website and 3rd party websites to contact customers and schedule appointments for Recall or Mobile eligible appointments.
