As a Delivery Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering, setting up, and supporting medical equipment in homes and healthcare settings—helping patients feel safe, comfortable, and confident. Requirements
- A reliable, customer-focused individual who enjoys helping others
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
- Strong communication skills and a respectful, professional approach with patients
- Ability to manage physical aspects of the role, including lifting and moving equipment
- Basic mechanical or technical aptitude is helpful; training is provided
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience with hand and shop tools, mechanical assembly, or repair of mechanical/electronic devices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with computers, Outlook, and Internet applications
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment safely.

Responsibilities
- Deliver and set up medical equipment and supplies in homes and healthcare facilities
- Provide clear, friendly instruction to patients and caregivers on equipment use and care
- Assist with cleaning, inspection, and basic maintenance of equipment
- Support safe and accurate completion of delivery paperwork and required documentation
- Maintain company vehicles and ensure equipment is transported safely and securely
- Collect signatures or payments as needed to support billing processes
- Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory support, equipment staging, and shipping
- Participate in ongoing training related to safety, infection control, and product knowledge
