The position involves overseeing customer requirements to ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met while maintaining necessary reports as required by the customer. The role includes preparing and maintaining daily orders, reports, tracking and tracing, and handling special order requests. Additionally, the individual will assist the Account Manager by providing technical advice and resolving problems, ensuring that customer accounts meet SLAs, and creating and maintaining reports as required. Close collaboration with Operations is essential to ensure that program requirements are met daily. The role also involves preparing for and participating in business reviews with the customer, monitoring processes related to customer-specific requirements, managing orders for both international and domestic needs, following up to ensure SLAs are met, providing customer support, and conducting month-end reporting.
