About The Position

The position involves overseeing customer requirements to ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met while maintaining necessary reports as required by the customer. The role includes preparing and maintaining daily orders, reports, tracking and tracing, and handling special order requests. Additionally, the individual will assist the Account Manager by providing technical advice and resolving problems, ensuring that customer accounts meet SLAs, and creating and maintaining reports as required. Close collaboration with Operations is essential to ensure that program requirements are met daily. The role also involves preparing for and participating in business reviews with the customer, monitoring processes related to customer-specific requirements, managing orders for both international and domestic needs, following up to ensure SLAs are met, providing customer support, and conducting month-end reporting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ year of 3PL, Supply Chain, or similar experience required
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, including intermediate level in Excel
  • SAP Knowledge
  • Project management experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Solid analytical ability
  • Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer requirements to ensure service level agreements are met, while maintaining reports as required by our customer
  • Prepare and maintain daily orders, reports, track and trace and special order requests
  • Assist the Account Manager in providing technical advice and resolving problems, overseeing the customer account to ensure SLAs are met and creating and maintaining reports as required by customer
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure program requirements are met daily
  • Prepare for and participate in business reviews with the customer
  • Monitor processes related to customer specific requirements, order management for both international and domestic, follow up to ensure SLAs are met, provide customer support, and month end reporting.
