About The Position
The Service Delivery Manager will lead the Automotive Hotline Support team, focusing on managing requests from client dealerships for diagnosing complex software and hardware issues related to vehicle modules and systems. This role involves re-engineering processes to enhance service delivery, implementing strategic solutions, and ensuring high-quality support for clients. The manager will also be responsible for defining and executing go-to-market strategies, managing team performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through methodologies like Six Sigma and KAIZEN.
