We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Service Delivery Manager to lead media encoding, transcoding, and playback technology projects. This role focuses on bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver media pipeline solutions on time and enhance playback experiences across diverse platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical product management background in media encoding, video streaming protocols, video streaming players, and project management methodologies, and will be ready to make a meaningful impact.
