About The Position

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for driving successful delivery of strategic programs and projects across multiple business units. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

Strong experience in program and project management within IT services or consulting.
Expertise in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and governance frameworks.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage large, cross-functional teams and complex delivery environments.
Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Familiarity with account mining and business development strategies.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and expectations.
Project Governance: Establish and manage governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Benefits Management: Track and report on business benefits realization throughout the project lifecycle.
Pursuit/Proposal Management: Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Risk & Crisis Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage escalations effectively.
Account Management & Mining: Drive account growth through proactive engagement and identification of new opportunities.
Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and cost optimization for projects.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with delivery, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, resolving issues, and influencing decisions.
