About The Position

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will: Health, Safety & Environment: Protect the health and safety of personnel and the environment by conducting all activities in line with Baker Hughes’ non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars. Contract & Quote Management: Ensure assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon. Job Coordination: Coordinate and monitor all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries. Scheduling & Dispatching: Responsible for scheduling and dispatching resources in line with job requirements. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for the client during job preparation, execution, and close-out. Manage the relationship to ensure business success for Baker Hughes. Risk & Escalation Management: Be familiar with the client’s process for Management of Change (MOC) and escalation. Ensure proper processes are followed when there is a risk of not achieving client objectives (e.g., requests to operate outside product specifications or execute work not aligned with Baker Hughes SOP). Promptly escalate issues that can impact service delivery. Financial Accountability: Ensure invoices align with contract/quote, prevent revenue leakage, and support timely cash collection.
