Requirements

  • Industry standard technology certifications
  • 1 -3 years’ experience preferred

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including service delivery, engineering, operations, and vendors
  • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) and comfort using dashboards/tools to monitor project status
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills to support projects from beginning to end
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure, manage conflict professionally, and adjust priorities quickly in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with IP connectivity solutions such as DIA and broadband, and comfort working around technical service delivery requirements
  • Ability to coordinate vendor-based field installations and ensure completion requirements are met

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of engineered connectivity solutions by tracking project requirements, dependencies, risks, and milestones from implementation kickoff through completion and handoff
  • Assist in developing and clarifying project scope, objectives, deliverables, communications plans, and work plans across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal teams and assignments, monitor work efforts, and escalate issues or blockers when appropriate to keep work moving forward
  • Maintain implementation schedules and ensure install readiness by tracking key prerequisites such as access requirements, site readiness, vendor deliverables, and required documentation
  • Track project milestones and adjust timelines and coordination efforts as needed to ensure delivery is on-time, within budget, and aligned to stakeholder expectations
  • Prepare and communicate project updates throughout the project life cycle with clear timelines, next steps, and owner accountability
  • Coordinate third-party field service providers to support site surveys, installs, troubleshooting visits, and implementation activities
  • Communicate expectations and scope alignment with vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality completion and proper closeout documentation
  • Identify delivery risks early (missed appointments, access issues, delayed milestones) and escalate with urgency when required
  • Support coordination of technical deliverables such as demarcation requirements, handoff details, install constraints, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with Engineering and Operations teams to validate implementation feasibility, resolve blockers, and support smooth delivery execution
  • Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate for operational handoff (as-built notes, vendor closeouts, key implementation details, customer acceptance readiness)
  • Initiate client invoices as agreed-upon in Statements of Work (SOW) and ensure required completion documentation supports billing triggers
  • Assess out-of-scope work as it occurs and coordinate documentation and billing alignment with the client and relevant internal CCR departments
  • Support the tracking of one-time charges and vendor costs and flag variances or concerns to leadership
  • Support purchasing workflows as required, including obtaining quotes, coordinating pricing/terms, and assisting with purchase orders
  • Coordinate ordering activities as needed to support implementation timelines
