  • Provide exceptional testing subject matter expertise and solve complex problems for clients.
  • Work with clients to drive transformational change in application testing services.
  • Define the test strategy, planning, implementing and quality assurance for large complex projects.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business organizations.
  • Coach team members to foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
  • Share knowledge and develop engagement tools to build capability for the practice.
  • Cultivate business development opportunities and support sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • At least 4 years of Guidewire experience.
  • Experience working in the insurance sector.
  • Strong experience on Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, Billing Center and integration experience with external vendors.
  • Good test knowledge on rating concepts such as premium calculations, discounts and surcharges coverages.
  • Strong quality engineering skills with test automation experience in tools such as Selenium, Rest Assured, etc.
  • Good knowledge and experience on SOAP and REST services test concepts.
  • Strong property & casualty Insurance domain knowledge across personal and commercial products.
  • Technical competency experience with Test Strategy & Operating Model Development, Testing Center of Excellence/IT Transformation Program Management, Test Automation Framework Architecture, Agile Test Management, User Acceptance Test Coordination, IT Organizational Change Management, Performance Testing Program Management.
  • Approximately 5 years of financial services experience, including prior consulting experience.
  • Guidewire certifications.
  • Relevant industry certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, ITIL, PMP or other specialized IT certifications.
  • A “go-getter” attitude, passion to constantly learn, improve and perform at the highest level.

  • Base salary range of $86,600 to $197,800.
  • Base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California is $103,900 to $224,700.
