Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Policy Administration Systems, with a focus on Verisk FAST.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect, with a strong background in FAST configuration and testing.
• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale engagements, including resourcing, budgeting, and client relationship management.
• Experience leading medium to large teams spanning across onsite and offshore.
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in policy administration and related processes.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet client requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Familiarity with other policy administration systems such as FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, or Majesco.
• Experience in business development, including proposal writing and client presentations.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or relevant technical certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert in insurance domain, providing guidance and oversight on configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication, timely delivery, and proactive issue resolution.
• Lead and manage large-scale engagements, including resourcing, scope management, budgeting, and invoicing.
• Lead a medium to large onsite/offshore team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet client expectations and industry standards.
• Support business development activities, including proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
