Service Delivery Associate/Lockbox Processing Clerk

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a lockbox or payment processing environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating scanning equipment and related software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Mail Processing: o Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail according to predefined procedures.
- Ensure all mail is processed promptly and accurately.
- Scanning and Imaging: o Operate scanning equipment to capture images of checks, payment coupons, and other documents.
- Verify the quality and clarity of scanned images, making adjustments as necessary.
- Quality Control: o Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all items are processed correctly.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
- Compliance and Security: o Adhere to company policies and procedures related to lockbox processing.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all processed information.
- Production and Quality Standards: o Meet or exceed production and quality standards set by the company.
- Continuously monitor and improve personal performance to achieve these standards.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
