About The Position

The position of Service Customer Care Representative / Dispatcher involves processing incoming calls from both Crown customers and Service Technicians, dispatching technicians, entering technician payroll hours, processing parts and service billing, creating daily work orders, maintaining records and files, and assisting other departments as needed.
