About The Position

Five Star Ford of Lewisville is a well-established automotive dealership known for outstanding customer service and a team-oriented atmosphere. We are currently seeking a courteous, reliable Courtesy Shuttle Driver to support our service department and provide transportation for our valued customers. As a Courtesy Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting customers to and from the dealership, maintaining a clean and professional shuttle vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service during every interaction.

Requirements

• Previous driving or customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance
• Ability to sit and drive for extended periods
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and ensure a pleasant shuttle experience
• Drive customers to and from the dealership and designated locations in a timely and safe manner
• Keep the shuttle vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working condition
• Assist with light duties in the service department during downtime (e.g., vehicle relocation, general upkeep)
• Monitor shuttle schedule and communicate effectively with the service advisor team
• Follow all traffic laws, dealership policies, and safety regulations
