We design, sell and install custom closets, home offices, garages, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves and more around our customer's needs. We have been in business for almost 42 years and have locations across the country. The Knoxville area has been open for 2 years and is experiencing significant growth in both core and retail partner business. Our mission requires robust sales, production, installation and front office functions. The Service Coordinator is in a unique position to tie these critical functions together. Our office is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring flexibility and the ability to multitask. There is a high level of responsibility synchronizing business sales, production and installation functions to meet customer needs. You will handle multiple items simultaneously in a professional and courteous manner. Closet Factory fosters a "Team" oriented atmosphere where challenges are handled as a group. Clients need to be handled with care, so we are looking for those individuals with great customer service skills.
